Physical therapy is a good fit for many people with neurological disorders because they may have problems with their movement. These problems are often caused by the disorder. At Advance Physical Therapy we will work closely with you to set personal goals and develop a PT plan utilizing land and/or aquatic based exercise to help you achieve them. Whether your overall goal is to gain strength, flexibility, and mobility or to re-learn how to perform a certain task, we can help.

Aquatic Therapy can be used in the treatment of Neurological disorders to help with pain reduction, add postural stability and balance allowing a client to perform exercises that they would not normally be able to perform on land. During neurological aquatics therapy we focus on re-teaching motor skills that have been lost for one reason or another.
